HRWorks Consultancy, based in a beautiful Office in Suadiye, is one of the few headhunters that work almost exclusively for the industrial industry. It places candidates for mostly engineering-based sectors at mid to senior-level executives. Our company is a successful and growing company with a fun, relaxed culture.
Privately owned, the company was founded by Serdar Bayındır in 2011, to support clients and candidates thrive by consistently providing them with the highest-quality consultancy.

Serdar is the Founder of the HRWorks. Based in Istanbul, he has been leading HRWorks in both in Executive Search and On-Demand HR Services for the past 10 years. He has more than 20 years’ broad HR experience in establishing HR systems, talent management, organisation design, total rewards and coaching and has held executive roles in local and multinational, leading organizations in FMCG, jewellery production, mining, retail and construction sectors. Serdar is genuinely passionate about bringing in his experience to strengthen organizations and enabling talent to succeed.
ROLE PROFILE & SCOPE OF THE ROLE
As a result of growth potential, HRWorks is looking to hire a Project Business Partner who will help the company deliver excellence to its clients and candidates. You will act as the Project Lead once the brief is taken and handle all aspects of search from Name Generation to Shortlist Presentation. The successful candidate will receive best-in-class training and learn a huge amount of information on the industry, and his/her responsibilities will include the following:
-Leading the search process upon client brief, attending all aspects of search while adhering to established processes and manage search timelines:
- Use your knowledge of the client, the mandate, and your prior experience to lay the groundwork for a successful search
- Develop a search strategy and lead desk research through a variety of sources, LinkedIn, Google, and the company’s own database
- Screening candidates and supporting the Shortlist Presentation
- Preparing of all client-facing documents, including target lists and weekly reports
- Preparing non-disclosure agreements, search strategy documents, client updates, job descriptions, candidate reports, references, and presentations to the highest standards
