This Clarification Text has been prepared to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKKD”).
As HRWORKS Yönetim Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“Company”), located at Barbaros Mahallesi Mor Sümbül Sokak Nidakule Blok No:7/3F İç Kapı No:12, 34758 Ataşehir, Istanbul, we act as the data controller and process your personal data within the scope explained below, in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation.

- Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed electronically through automated means when you fill out the Job Application Form on https://hrw.com.tr/en/career/ or when you share your own CV with us.
- Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data
We process your personal data based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law. The purposes and legal bases are as follows:

- Protection, Retention, and Disposal of Your Personal Data
As the Company, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security to prevent unlawful processing or access and to safeguard your personal data. If your application results positively and you are placed in one of our partner companies, we retain your data for 1 (one) year. Once the reason for processing your data no longer exists or upon your request, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within 6 (six) months following the end of the retention period.

You may submit your questions and requests regarding your personal data and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK via the methods listed above.
If you submit a request regarding your rights as a data subject, the Company will respond within 30 (thirty) days free of charge. However, if a cost is involved in responding to your request, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
